Ross currently leads the Specialty Presales team for EMEA at Dell Technologies, where he drives innovation and growth across multiple business units. His focus is on both technological advancements and people leadership.

With a passion for leading high-performance teams and managing change, Ross has extensive experience in building, leading, and developing highly motivated, multi-disciplined presales teams. In his current role, he provides strategic guidance and support to sales teams, working closely with customers to understand their business needs and challenges. Ross is a hands-on leader who believes in the power of collaboration and teamwork, and he is deeply committed to driving customer success.

Ross has previously held leadership positions in systems engineering management, global systems integrator technical alliances, and advisory and consultant roles. He is a regular speaker on technology and change leadership at global events, partner forums, and leadership conferences.

Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, and a master’s degree in computer science from Cardiff University. He is also an active community member, volunteering his time with several local charities and non-profit organizations.
